The Seduction of Elise – Part III

Click here for Part I and Part II.

Elise woke up to the smell of coffee, and opened her eyes to see Adam at the bedside with a mug of it for her.  She took it gratefully, and while she sipped it he sat on the bed by her and stroked her leg which was peeking out of the coverlet.

Their eyes met, and he smiled, “Why don’t you take a shower, and meet me in the kitchen for some breakfast.”  Elise nodded, and he took the mug from her.  She slipped out of bed, and made her way to the bathroom while he sat back and enjoyed the view.

After the shower she felt so much better.  She slipped on the robe Adam had retrieved from the floor and laid on the bed for her.  The scent of bacon had her mouth watering, and led her to the spacious kitchen.  Adam had set up some casual place settings on the center island. She asked if she could help, and he laughed and shooed her over to a nearby stool.  He brought her some more coffee, and they chatted comfortably as he cooked up some scrambled eggs and toast.

Her stomach growled, and when Adam put the plate in front of her, she tucked in.  She wolfed the food down, then looked at him sheepishly when she realized that he was only partway through.  He grinned, “I guess last night’s activities made you hungry?”

She laughed, “I guess it did.”

“Would you like some more?” he teased.

She thought for a minute then asked, “Is there any more bacon?”

Adam chuckled, “Sure thing, help yourself.”

Elise got a couple more strips of bacon from the counter, and nibbled on them while he finished his breakfast.

As he stood behind her to collect her plate, he leaned and growled in her ear, “I appreciate a woman with a good appetite.”

She felt a little shiver go through her.  It was a fairly innocuous thing to say, but the way he said it made her tingle.  She helped with the dishes, then they got dressed and Adam gave her a ride back to her place. He stopped out front of her building then turned to her, “So what are your plans for today?”

“Thankfully I don’t have any.  I was probably going to start putting together some new wine racks that I ordered.”

He looked at her intently, “I’d like you do me a favor.”

“Of course!”

“I want you to think about what we discussed last night, and make up a list for me of everything that you would like to try, have thought about trying but aren’t so sure of, and anything that would be totally off limits.  I have to go into the office for a while, but I thought that later this evening I could bring dinner by, and we could discuss it.”

Elise seemed puzzled so he continued, “Because you’re new to this sort of partnership, I want to be sure that we’re on the same page. In order for this relationship to work, I have to know what your limits are,” he took her face in his hands and his voice lowered, “I fully intend to push those limits, my dear…make no mistake.  But I need to know where to begin.”

She nodded, and looked at him with eyes wide as saucers.  He leaned in and kissed her hard, “I’ll come about 7:00 if that’s acceptable to you?”

“Yes, that’s fine,” she smiled at him, and stepped out of the car, “I look forward to it.”
After a quick change of clothes, Elise went down to the shop to put some of the new racks together.  The old ones were so beat up, and she had wanted to update the store a little, and figured that was the best way to start.

As she worked, she thought about what Adam had asked her to do.  She was trying to work through how fast things had changed between them, and even though it had turned out to be exactly what she wanted, it was still hard to process.

She’d always considered herself a feminist, and a very confident and independent woman.  She’d been on her own since she was 18, had put herself through college, and had now inherited and was running a very successful little business.  Never in the scheme of things would she have figured that she’d be embarking in a sexual relationship where she’d basically be some man’s slave...where her needs would be secondary to his.

But Adam wasn’t just any man.  She felt a level of trust with him that she hadn’t known with anyone else.  He knew exactly what he was, and what he wanted, and had no compunction about going after it. And deep down inside herself she realized that this is what she wanted, and what she’d been looking for in prior relationships but hadn’t been able to find.

She didn’t know why she reacted the way she did to being dominated.  She’d had a conventional childhood.  She had no Daddy issues, she had never been abused.  But the times she’d asked her boyfriends to tie her up or to spank her, she’d felt a wildly increased level of arousal, and craved more.  But her prior lovers hadn’t shared that, and one had flat out refused and even broke up with her over it.

After lunch, she rummaged around for a pad and pencil, and sat down on the couch to do as Adam had asked.  She divided the page into three columns, and started writing.  When she was finished, she found that there was a lot fewer things in the “Maybe” and “No” columns than she had expected, and as she reviewed what she’d written, she began to play the scenarios in her head, and found herself getting aroused.

She shook it off, and put the list on the side table for later and went back to work.  At about 4:00 she was tired and dirty, and went upstairs to clean up the apartment a bit, then shower and change for dinner.

Adam arrived promptly at 7:00, carrying bags of Chinese takeout.  He kissed her hello, and she got out some napkins and dishes.  She opened a bottle of wine, and they grabbed some chopsticks and sat at her small kitchen table trying all the different dishes, and chatting about how their days had gone.  The mood was light and comfortable, and once dinner was over and the food put away, she poured them some more wine and they moved over to the couch.

“So,” Adam asked, “did you do as I asked?”

Elise sat up and grabbed the pad from the table and handed it to him.  He settled back into the cushions, and put an arm around her shoulders and pulled her in close.  He read through the list a couple of times, and she noticed a small smile cross his lips.  When he was finished he tore the sheet off, folded it, and put it in his pocket.

He snuggled her close and kissed her on the top of the head, “I must say, I admire your willingness to try new things, and I think we have a wonderful adventure ahead of us. I have a place I would like to take you.  We can go next Saturday, but I’d like to take you shopping during the week in preparation for our date.  How does that sound to you?”

“That sounds fine.”

“Good.  Now, I hate to cut the evening short, but I have an early day tomorrow,” he stood, and helped her up.

Elise was disappointed as she’d hoped that he’d stay the night, but she put on a brave face as she walked him to the door.  He took her in his arms and kissed her, leaving her breathless and weak in the knees.  “Pick you up on Wednesday at closing time?”

“Wednesday will be fine,” she whispered.

He tilted her head up so that she was looking him in the eye, “Elise, do you trust me?”

“I do.”

“Good.  Because as long as you’re in my care nothing will happen that you don’t want.” He gave her another quick kiss, and then he was gone.
